About Benton County Court Docket

Benton County court dockets are divided among the Circuit Clerk, the County Clerk's Probate Division, and several local District Court clerks. Arkansas also provides Search ARCourts as a statewide public case-information portal. We built this private reference resource to make those boundaries easier to follow and to place official search links, clerk contacts, court-date methods, and record-request steps in one clear path.

Why We Built This Site

Arkansas permits public access to many court records, but access starts with the right custodian. The Benton County Circuit Clerk keeps Circuit Court criminal, civil, domestic-relations, and juvenile records. The Benton County Clerk administers the Probate Division and county-court documents. Each District Court clerk controls that court's traffic, ordinance, misdemeanor, civil, and small-claims docket. Search ARCourts brings public case information from participating courts into one statewide search, yet it is not the clerk-certified record. We organize those official channels so a reader can distinguish an online case event from an official copy and send a request to the office that actually holds it.

What This Resource Covers

The content follows the main tasks involved in locating and reading a Benton County case record.

  • Docket guides: how criminal dockets and civil dockets are searched and read in Benton County
  • Court dates and settings: how to read the court calendar and confirm a hearing date or setting
  • Case lookups: how to run a case search by party name or case number through the statewide portal
  • Record requests: how court records and certified copies are requested from the clerk of court

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site with no affiliation to an Arkansas court, clerk, or government agency. Its role has firm limits:

  • We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
  • We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
  • We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
  • We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
  • We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that a phone number, fee, or setting has not changed

An official or certified docket sheet must come from the clerk or court that keeps the original Benton County record. This resource can identify that office but cannot issue the document.

Search Partners

Some pages contain search boxes operated by outside providers. Each provider controls its service, prices, and results. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may produce a referral fee that supports this resource. We do not set the provider's charges, retain its search results, or certify the accuracy of what it returns. For an official Benton County record, contact the originating clerk.
